What mTORiX is

mTORiX is a proof-of-concept reference site built around a claim–study–outcome graph for mTOR-related longevity interventions. It is deliberately narrow in scope: a small number of landmark interventions and studies, each fully sourced and qualified, rather than a broad advice article.

Publisher / editorial identity

Nabus Research is the editorial owner and publisher of this site. This proof-of-concept does not attribute content to any named individual author or reviewer. No person is fabricated for E-E-A-T purposes. When a named, verifiable human reviewer is assigned to a page in a future revision, that attribution will be added -- and not before.

Editorial review process

Every intervention page on this site (schema.org MedicalWebPage) carries a visible "Reviewed by Nabus Research" byline with a lastReviewed date, matched by reviewedBy/lastReviewed structured data. This is an organizational editorial review -- each page is checked against its data record, verification statuses, and the prohibited-claim- language pattern check at build time -- not a claim of individual clinical review; see "Publisher / editorial identity" above for why no named reviewer is attributed yet.

Sourcing standard

Every quantitative claim on this site carries five visible qualifiers: species/population; exposure, route, and schedule; comparator and duration; endpoint and numeric result; and what the study did NOT establish. Every numeric datapoint carries a verification_status field.

Verification is recorded at two levels, and the two are never merged. Record level (verification_status) says whether the study record was checked against its primary publication. Identifier level (identifier_status) carries one value per identifier — PMID, DOI, PMC, trial registry ID.

There is no “pending” state. Where an identifier is absent, the dataset states why: not_applicable when it cannot apply to the study type — an animal study or an observational cohort is not trial-registered, and a planned trial with no results publication has no PMID or DOI — or not_reported when it could apply but was not confirmed against the registry. This distinction exists because the earlier single-field model let a page report a record as awaiting its primary source while the same page listed a verified PMID and DOI in the table below it. No identifier is fabricated.

Evidence tiers

Evidence is shown on a visible 10-tier scale (1 = human lifespan/clinical RCT, down to 10 = hypothesis/unreplicated) and is never collapsed into a single marketing score. See any intervention or study page, or the tier table on the home page.

Monetization

One page — Spermidine, the only compound here that is sold over the counter at all — carries an affiliate link to the material the studies used; every prescription and investigational compound carries none, and the dietary and exercise interventions are not products. There are no sponsored placements and no ads.txt. This is still a reference resource, not a shopping guide; see the affiliate disclosure.

The figure above, the count on the home page, and the line in the footer of every page are all generated from the same field in the dataset by the same function that creates the links. Until 2026-08-08 they were written by hand and had drifted apart: the home page said there were none, the footer said there was one, and this page said both.

Prohibited claim language

This site's editorial process blocks a fixed list of prohibited phrases (e.g. claims of reversing aging, proven longevity effects, or added years of life not supported by human lifespan RCT data) via an automated pattern check run at build time. See generators/check_claim_patterns.py.
